Disposable caps are used in medical, beauty, food, and daily life. It is a very common product, however, few people know how to choose the right size.
Today we will show how we measure the size of disposable hats after we produce them.
First, measure the length of the cap. Pull both ends of the cap with your hands to the maximum length (be careful not to use too much force, in case to break the elastic), and then measure the stretched item against a ruler or measuring tape to get the size. For disposable crimp caps the most common size is 21’’, also can be 19’’, 23’’, 24’’ as request.
Then measure the depth of the cap. Open the crimped cap, find the middle position of the 2 sides and pull it to the maximum, and then measure the stretched item against a ruler or measuring tape to get the size. Usually the depth should be about 17.5’’-18’’.
