Polypropylene non woven fabric is the most common for the disposable protective products, the weight can be 20-120g/cm², it’s soft, breathable, and cost effective. (most of disposable healthcare/beauty&SPA products can be made of PP non woven material.)

It’s tri laminate non woven fabric, it’s made up of a top layer of spunbond polypropylene, a middle layer of meltblown polypropylene and a bottom layer of spunbond polypropylene. The weight can be 25-65g/cm². It’s softer and more durable than PP non woven. (such as underwear clothing, bathrobes, Spa bed sheet)

It’s made of PP non woven coated with Microporous PE film. Waterproof and breathable. (such as Spa bed sheet or bed covers)

Spunlace is a nonwoven fabric, based on the bonding by waterjets of carded web. This material has more textured surface, great colored effect and super soft tactile. (such as headrest covers, bath gloves, underwear clothing, bathrobes, Spa bed sheet)

Polyethylene. It’s plastic material, can be in different colors. Widely used for waterproof. (such as CPE bed sheet, bed covers)

PP can coated with PE film. Which is 100% waterproof, but not breathable. The non woven side will be soft and comfortable, while PE film will prevent liquid permeation. (such as Spa bed sheet, bed covers)
